I'm sorry, it was suppose to be you and me against the world not your world and my world. I didn't want to share me with you, just me with me. Home, the place I always wanted to be, I'm sorry baby. I'm sorry that I wanted to stay in my little corner. I'm sorry that I hurt you by protecting me. My way of life that I don't even like. Is your child worth your pettiness? I ask this question as I think about so many damaged relationships between child and parent. I ask, can you really call yourself a parent if you put your feelings above the best interest of your child? But unfortunately this has become the norm. Just recently I saw a Chick-fil-A commercial and it was saying how they cater to the single parent. Why is this now acceptable, where have we gone wrong. I don't like this place, a place where we have children that are not being fully raised. Due too many factors, from Dad's not being there, moms always working, or fill in the blank. This has to stop because you see how our youth are now a generation of children looking for love.
