Everyone has and will have setbacks, the question is what do you do afterwards?  Stay down or get back up, there is no other option.  The question then becomes how long do you take before you get back up. The quicker the better. Life just as in a fight we must hop backup. There is no victory for those that stay down.

In life we have opportunities to make rushed decisions. We see a sale or get excited about something then react. But this is a sure fire way to get into trouble. This is when the advice of "Sleep on it" is important. Things are seen in a different light overtime. What was once so important, may not be so important. Sales people are taught to not let you leave without the sale. Because they know that once you sleep on it, that deal may not be such a deal. So, if you take time to think about a new iPhone, why not stop and think about more important things like a mate, money, your job, your relationships, or whatever is important in your life? 

A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts."- As a Man thinketh. We live day to day complaining about what goes on in our lives, but never stop to see our influences on it. Even The Matrix wasn't perfect, nothing is. Life is not what happens to you but how you handle the aftermath. Get back up, you might as well because life is gonna keep on rolling you why don't you! 

Today was a good day, not because I got a promotion at work or aced all of my classes. But because of a little thing.  I got to see my son today, not in person but that's okay. I got to see that he was happy and that's all I want. For my son to have a happy childhood. It made my day, in fact I'm smiling now. In life everything won't go your way all the time, so be grateful for the little things that do.

Life can be described as a rollercoaster. Full of ups and downs but the ride keeps going. And that's the message I'm trying to get across today. Life is going to keep moving so you might as well move with it. You can tuck your head in the sand but it's not going to stop anything, so just put your head up and chest out and embrace what life has coming for you.

Day one of me sharing my everyday life with you guys.  The reason for this blog is to show that everyone has struggles and road bumps in their life.  But we have no choice but to keep going because no matter how bad it gets, it will always be better.  ☺
